Chailease Holding announced the acquisition of PT U Finance Indonesia to further expand its ASEAN operation footprint into Indonesia.

Chailease Indonesia subsidiary (PT U Finance Indonesia) is headquartered in Jarkarta with a paid-in capital of IDR 250 billion and co-owned by Chailease International Co., (Hong Kong) Ltd. (85% of ownership) and PT ARTHA SEKAWAN ASIA (15% of ownership). At current stage, it will focus on second-hand car financing as its main product.
