Account Deletion Instructions
- Sign in to your account on the “JomAuto” app.
- Navigate to the “More” section using the bottom navigation bar.
- Locate the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the menu.
- Select the “Delete Account” button, triggering the appearance of a confirmation message.
- Confirm the account deletion by clicking “Contact Us,” or opt to cancel the action by clicking “Cancel.”
- Upon confirming with “Contact Us,” this will prompt the app to generate an email to our customer service team.
- The app will pre-fill an email with email subject and addressed to our customer service team at delete_account@chailease.com.my. Please add the detail manually (e.g., full name, account number, and reason for deletion). Once the email is ready, tap “Send.”
- Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your account deletion request was successful or if there are issues that need to be addressed (e.g., pending funds or unresolved transactions).
Important Note:
- Account deletion is subject to review. If there are any outstanding issues (such as pending transactions or account balances), your request may be delayed or denied.
- Ensure all funds have been withdrawn, and there are no pending transactions before submitting your request.
- Deleting your account is a permanent action, and once completed, you will lose access to all data, transaction history, and services associated with the account.
